Mentoring Circles is a form of group mentoring that encourages participants from all levels of an organization to propose and own a topic of interest. This unique setup gives motivated employees an avenue to grow within the organization, and opens the door for all employees, no matter seniority or department, to find or create a circle that motivates them. These circles will occur virtually depending on the community needs..

The Mentor Circle Program is an avenue to develop professional skills through a forum style - “Learn from each other in the groups” format. Individuals of diverse experience, with similar development interests gather to discuss and share their knowledge and experiences. This is a Professional & Leadership Development circle, that allows topic selection by the team to be polled from the participants?

We will begin a 8 week, 90 minute program in September 2021 and the applications will go out in July. We are looking to initiate 6 teams with the following leads, Chitra , Anitha, Prasanna, Vish Jakka, Bhaskar and Ranjith as mentor circles group leads. We are looking for participation from men and women professionals working in an organization or entrepreneur with more than 15 employees. The circle lead is Roopa Sunku

Applicant Criteria:

• Applicant should have worked in the corporate setting at least for 3 years

• Applicant may/may not be working currently

• Applicant should attend all sessions (exceptions apply)

• Applicant can be an individual contributor or in the leadership role

 

Success criteria:
At least 70% attendees feel they improved on at least two skills
At least 50% have completed action items (where applicable, such as updating linkedin) within 4 weeks of program completion
At least 5 attendees share their success stories within 6 months of the program completion

 

Our engagement model is to create an environment of possibilities with growing leadership skills, upskilling your career, managing up and strategic communications.

 

There is a $30 fee that will be paid to VSF upon confirmation of application.
